Membership meeting 4/20/24

The club held a membership meeting at the field on 4/20/24.

The meeting was called to order at 08:15 by club president Phill Spain.

A First Quarter financial report was given by secretary / treasurer Matt Larson.
First Quarter income was $1,620, and expenses were $2,450. These include income and expenses from the Blue Max. We are expected to end the year with an approximate $1,500 surplus. Detailed information was provided regarding account balances and expenses by category. Any member who would like a copy of this information can contact any club officer.

Membership coordinator Chris Jordan brought forward one new candidate for membership. A motion was made and unanimously adopted to accept the new member.

There was discussion about club communications. We will be exploring some new methods include text messaging for important announcements. Watch this space for more info.
